The ticking is crafted from wool, silk, and viscose for breathability and softness that condition the microclimate from the first touch. The upholstery layers progress from resilient British fleece wool to long, natural crimped horsetail, followed by a finer transition of Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere, and finally a wool and organic cotton core that adds body and absorptive capacity. A two-layer hand-nested vanadium steel calico pocket-spring system with 3,296 springs in King size responds independently to weight and movement, while the wool-rich border and meticulous hand tufting secure the profile and extend the usable sleeping surface for years of use.
